Crazy Gloubi Market

Privacy policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

This policy explains what information Crazy Gloubi Market (“the game”) uses on iPhone and Android, and what this website uses. The game is made by Emmanuel Marquez (GatorsBytes), “we” below.

The short version

What stays on your phone

Your collection, stickers, fun goals, lesson progress, the name you chose for online play and your settings (language, sound, graphics) are saved on your device only. We don't receive them. Deleting the game deletes them.

Online play

When you play online (QUICK PLAY, or a room with a code), the game connects to Unity Gaming Services, a service of Unity Technologies:

Unity explains how it handles this data in its privacy policy for game players. We use this data only to run online play. We don't sell it or use it for advertising. Solo rounds and the lessons work offline and send nothing.

What the game doesn't do

The game shows no ads and contains no analytics or advertising tools. It doesn't ask for your contacts, photos, location, camera or microphone. On Android it only needs internet access (and vibration).

App stores and beta tests

Apple (App Store, TestFlight) and Google (Google Play) handle your downloads, your payments and, if you choose to send them, crash reports and beta feedback, under their own privacy policies. When you send us feedback through TestFlight or by email, we receive what you send.

Children

The game is made for a general audience and isn't aimed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Your choices and your rights

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct and erase your data, and to complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

This website

crazygloubi.com uses no cookies and no analytics. It's hosted by Vercel, whose servers process your IP address to deliver the pages and keep short technical logs. The fonts come from this site, not from a third party.

Changes

If the game starts using data differently (for example when it launches in the stores), we'll update this page and the date at the top.
